Description of plants

Perennial shrub 2 to 3 meters tall. In the first year, the correct shoots appear, which in the following years branch into numerous bent and hanging branches. The whole bush is overgrown with sharp thorns bent downwards. The leaves are oddly feathered, and white to white-pink in color, with a pleasant odor. The fruits are ovoid, bright red in color, with a large number of hard seeds. It blooms from May to June. The fruits ripen from mid-September.

Use

Collection

Petals and young leaves are collected at the time of flowering, while the fruit begins to collect in August, before it fully matures and loses color, because then it contains the most vitamin C.
